Here's the link to a Anna and the French Kiss fan-made book trailer on YouTube: Anna and the French Kiss Fan Book Trailer . P.S. I did not read this version with this kind of cover. In the book trailer, it shows the U.S. edition with a different cover, like I read. I just prefer this fan made cover because it focuses more on Anna in Paris and less on the romantic side of the book (which is most of it).
Metro- a rapid metro transit system in Paris, with 16 total lines; 14 major ones and two smaller ones.
"St. Clair is going to the metro to see Ellie (Perkins 173)."
This is a very important part of the story, as it always annoys Anna that St.Clair uses the metro to go see Ellie, the girlfriend he hates. Whenever this word is mentioned, metro, Anna thinks of St. Clair stupidly staying with Ellie even when he likes Anna and hates Ellie. Whenever he is headed to the metro, disputes start over resentment toward Ellie.

Patterns I saw in this book were: 1) Anna always saw a movie at least once a week. 2) Anna and St. Clair had many fights, and went in and out of ease. 3) Things in Atlanta were always made to seem hickish and unclassy compared to Paris.
1) "I've never seen so many movie listings in my life (Perkins 90)." 2) "The rest of the week I flip-flop between total despair and simmering rage (Perkins 330)." 3) "I take a sip of coffee and choke. It's digusting. It's sludge. No, it's worse than sludge-at least sludge is organic (Perkins 218)."
1) This is an excerpt of a longer paragraph where Anna is describing how elated she is that she can now go to the movies all the time with all the listings of movies she has. This further proves the point that Anna goes to the movies at least once every week, as she does later. 2) Anna is describing one of her later fights with St. Clair in which she is sad she has lost him, but mad about the rumors others are spreading about her. This further proves the pattern that Anna and St. Clair have many fights, as in this quote she is describing her emotions during a recent one. 3) Anna is describing the coffee that she is drinking for the first time in Georgia; she has only drunk Parisian coffee before. Anna hates it and thinks that it tastes disgusting, which is expected since she has only Parisian coffee. Paris is famous for its fine and sophisticated food, so it can be expected that things that Anna tries in Georgia may be more Americanized than things she does/eats in Paris. This further proves the pattern that things in Atlanta will always be slightly less classy than an old and refined city like Paris.
